I am gonna stick with a 2 on this review. It had lots of hotness going for it. But I felt the story lacked. It didn't pull me in like a really good story would. I read through hoping at some point I would be drawn in but wasn't. I feel more depth could be added to the story.
I think Booker's character came across as the author intended from the getgo. As the book description says "I get paid to be an a$$hole." well that is what you get. I am pretty sure I could have really enjoyed his character if the story was different, I do enjoy guys like that in books.
I read everyone else's review and I just didn't get this story like they did I think.
