Roll the Dice review

Carsyn McDaniel

Lady Luck has been kind to Carsyn McDaniel, at least, up until now. A former Navy SEAL, and now a black operative for Anserve, Inc., he has seen his share of death and destruction- escaping with only minor injuries, or so he thought. Faced with devastating news that will forever alter his life as he knows it, he is left completely battered and broken.

Kelsey Calvaresi

Kelsey Calvaresi is obliviously happy. As the Director of Escape Reality Wellness Camp for girls, she can’t imagine a better life for herself. Spending her days and nights helping young girls overcome their physical and emotional issues, and being able to fully utilize her love for physical fitness and mother nature, equal perfection.

Hearing the rumors of healing waters in Colorado, Carsyn takes off in search of a miracle. Upon arrival in Escape, it doesn’t take him long to realize that he must heal everything about himself that is broken- not just physically. With the help of the community, and a chance meeting of a woman he can’t get out of his head, he comes to understand what he has been missing all along. Will Carsyn and Kelsey take the chance on their feelings, or is it simply too costly to Roll the Dice?

REVIEW
I loved this! like readlly really loved it. So I read Kimberly N Dean's other book she has out and was so dang excited to get more of Anserve. So the male character here, Carsyn who is a former SEAL, I seriously fell in love with him reading. Total book boyfriend material. Then you have Kelsey. sighs.. just a really good story.

I will say this, I know it is a Novella but I really really would have liked more. I don't think I felt the story was lacking, I just would have liked to stay with these characters longer. I loved the place of the story and would love to get more from the springs.
